Getting started in classes is easy. Just take a look at our class schedule on the right side of this page and choose a time you would like to jump-in. All you need to begin with is a t-shirt and sweat pants. Just arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class time you have chosen and be ready to join us when the instructor calls for the next class to step onto the mat. It really is that simple.
The first two weeks are always free and designed to give you a trial period to what schedule works for you and if we the right gym for you.
When your trial period is over please fill-out a registration form found in the wall rack and that is it.
S If you are taking part in the Adaptive Class held on Monday and Wednseday nights you will need to register at the Fargo Park District.
